This Mil-Spec A-2 flight jacket reflects what aircrew actually wear — not what’s issued.

Our A-2 is commonly worn by aircrew as a privately purchased upgrade to issued jackets.

While we are not an official supplier to the U.S. government, our jackets are meant to be worn on the flightline or off duty, although they comply with all regulations governing construction and appearance of the jacket. Ours are handmade by master craftsmen out of premium goatskin instead of machine cut on an assembly line. The attention to detail is meticulous, and our jackets are a work of art.

Fit & Sizing

  • Standard U.S. sizing. Our jackets are cut with 6” of room in the chest. (i.e. a size 42 is cut 48”)
  • For a roomier, modern fit, order one size up
  • Long sizes add 2” in length 
  • Custom tailoring: please message us after ordering with measurements. Measure and give your chest, shoulders, arm and torso length in inches

Important Notes

  • Jackets are sold without Velcro. If your unit requires a nametag or patch, have them sewn on at your local shop
  • Our overhead is low, so you’re getting the same materials and better quality as jackets listed elsewhere for $499.99—at a much better price. This is about equipping you for the mission… and making sure you look sharp doing it.

Returns: accepted within 14 days for standard sized jackets. Custom sized jackets are non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Standard Apparel — Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, unaltered items in original condition with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return or exchange: Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Exchanges for sizing are our priority — we know fit matters with apparel. If your size isn't right, we'll exchange it for the correct size at no additional charge (you cover return shipping; we cover the outbound exchange shipment).

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items returned outside the 30-day window, or that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration, will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Custom & Made-to-Order Flight Jackets

Our handcrafted and custom-tailored flight jackets are made specifically for you. Because of this:

  • Custom-tailored jackets are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Size exchanges on custom jackets may be accommodated at our discretion if a manufacturing error occurred. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details.
  • We strongly encourage reviewing our Size Guide before ordering and reaching out with any fit questions prior to purchase — we're happy to help you get the right fit the first time.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
