3/75 RDF “COMBAT SPOON” T-shirt

This one started as a joke… and ended up being earned.

The RDF tee is a nod to the often-overlooked side of the Regiment—the cooks who kept Rangers fed in some of the worst places on earth. Designed by a former 3/75 Ranger cook with four combat deployments, this shirt leans into the irony while still standing on real ground.

Crossed chef’s knives sit behind the 3d Ranger Battalion scroll and Regimental DUI, a reminder that while the MOS may be a “soft skill,” the environment never was. The Combat Action Badge(s), while farced with a spoon, weren’t given out for stirring pots, and the EIB our founder earned didn’t come from a kitchen. This design is about showing pride in doing a hard job well, in a unit where standards don’t care what your MOS is. 

Wear it as a joke.
